Mentoring To Accelerate Progress and Success (M.A.P.S.) Program

We are proud to introduce the Mentoring To Accelerate Progress and Success (M.A.P.S.) program in partnership with the Page Society.

M.A.P.S. is a structured one-year mentorship program designed by Page's DE&I Advisory Board and the DAA to encourage professionals of color to stay in the communications field and guide them as they advance. The program aims to improve diverse representation and retention in public relations and corporate communications by facilitating two-way learning, engagement, and career growth between mentors and mentees.

The program is free for mentees at any stage of their communications career journey and guarantees a mentor from the esteemed Page and Page Up Membership. M.A.P.S. runs from summer to spring each year, and we encourage you to watch for Mentor and Mentee applications for 2025. The 2024 cohort applications have closed.

For more information or additional questions about becoming a mentee in this program, please contact Andrea Williams at Andrea@diversityactionalliance.org

Have you been part of the M.A.P.S. mentorship program? We’d love to hear from you!
