Our workshops, available in both in-person and virtual formats, are meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of our signatory members, providing them with the tools and knowledge to navigate the complexities of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in their work.

Recognizing the importance of focused learning, the DAA annually curates various tailored workshops. These sessions delve into critical aspects of racial equity, aiming to enhance the skills and awareness of communicators. Our expert facilitators guide participants through interactive lessons on key topics, ensuring that every workshop offers a rich learning experience.

Beyond the Workshop: Customized Digital Toolkits for Ongoing Development

We believe in the power of continuous improvement. Following each workshop, the DAA team compiles a customized digital toolkit for participants. This toolkit, informed by participant feedback, includes tangible takeaways and highlights areas for further development, ensuring that the learning journey extends beyond the workshop.

Moreover, we encourage our signatories to take part in our upcoming Masterclass, scheduled later this year. As an added benefit, Defender Signatory and Partnership level members receive 2-person access to the Masterclass and enjoy a 10% discount on our limited, tailored workshops, events, and consulting hours.
