DESCRIPTION

The Community + Campaign Manager (CCM) plays an essential role with social media strategy execution. You will work as part of the Digital Practice to support and manage social media communities across multiple accounts by interacting with each brand’s handles daily, while also keeping in constant communication with key partners (digital team members, PR account team members, clients, etc.).

 

The CCM guides the creation of social media content calendars while supporting a team of social media strategists to execute organic and paid content strategies across owned and operated, influencer and paid platforms for a diverse set of clients in the luxury lifestyle and wine and spirits’ space.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be the brand voice for clients, interacting with consumers via brand handles on a daily basis

  • Post as the brand’s account on social media networks, responsible for posts, replies and continued engagement

  • Executing social media content strategies into social media posts – paid and organic

  • Crafting the social calendar to align with brand priorities

  • Be comfortable writing copy, supporting in tone of voice work

  • Collaborate with Digital Content Manager to develop social media campaigns from the ground up

  • Maintaining and executing partnerships with influencers, partner groups and brands

  • Establishing performance metrics and reporting performance to team of social media strategies

  • Co-manage paid social media programs i.e. creation of relevant content based on targeting recommendations

  • Brainstorm ideas on how to recruit more community members for the brand, across social and digital platforms

  • Keep up to date with pop culture, trends, creative communities and new technologies.

  • Bring creative thinking and collaborative spirit to team when developing work

  • Liaise with client on day-to-day basis
