As an intern at Evoke KYNE you will learn about many different aspects of communications. These include competitive and industry research and analysis, monitoring the news and other media for client-relevant information, writing, project management and event planning.
Currently, the Evoke KYNE team are working from home, so location within the UK and Ireland is not a barrier at this time.
Applicants should have a real interest in healthcare communications and/or public health, strong communication and writing skills, and an understanding of traditional and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researching and sourcing information for client projects
Preparing draft reports and writing content for materials including print and web
Building lists of relevant media outlets for clients, using relevant software
Helping to develop PowerPoint slides including images and text
Managing the delivery of items needed by the client
Managing workflow for client work and internal, Evoke KYNE work
Providing administrative support for account teams such as setting up calendar invites, ensuring that files are saved in the right place, drafting meeting minutes
Participating in all appropriate company educational opportunities (e.g., lectures, webinars)
Preparing and presenting an internship research project on a relevant topic by the end of your internship
A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE:

Professional, proactive and a self-starter
Confident in excellent research, writing and organisation skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently or within a small team
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and multitasking
Capable of taking direction and reporting progress on your work to others
Logical, creative and flexible in approaching and dealing with challenges
THE DETAILS
Deadline for applications is 23 May. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview mid-May, with a view to starting the internship in June
The internship programme is for 3 months
Pay is at the rate of the national living wage in your location
A weekly commitment of 37.5 hours a week is required
