DAA Partners with JodieAI to Drive Inclusive Leadership in Communication

The Diversity Action Alliance (DAA) has partnered with JodieAI, the first inclusive generative AI platform that blends artificial intelligence with a curated network of experts to enhance inclusive communication practices within the PR and communications industry. This new collaboration provides DAA signatories—compromising PR agencies, corporate communications, and Fortune 500 companies—with access to exclusive JodieAI platform licenses. The platform addresses key challenges in the industry, such as promoting DEI in recruitment, supporting inclusive cultures, and handling sensitive issues related to race and ethnicity. JodieAI offers support across five critical use cases: Compliance, Communication, Education, Programming, and Recruitment.

DAA President Carmella Glover emphasized that JodieAI's mission aligns with the DAA’s goal of shaping an inclusive future for communication professionals. This partnership underscores the increasing significance of utilizing Generative AI as a tool to support DEI initiatives and to further develop best practices within the industry.

JodieAI CEO Doug Melville also noted that this partnership ensures communicators and industry leaders have access to cutting-edge, inclusive AI resources, enabling them to continually evolve their practices.
