DAA Welcomes New Board Members & Transitions to Independent Nonprofit

The Diversity Action Alliance (DAA) is excited to announce that we have welcomed several new Board members to our leadership ranks: Diana Littman, Barby K. Siegel, and Dr. Rochelle Ford, who will assume the position previously held by Roger Bolton as the Page Board Representative, you can see the full press release about our 2025 Board of Directors [here].

This year, we are also transitioning into an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. After celebrating our fifth anniversary in 2024, the time has come to operate more independently to expand our impact and further our mission. Since our founding, the DAA has been dedicated to driving systemic change in public relations and communications. Over the past five years, with the invaluable support of the Page Society and our other founding members, we have grown significantly while pursuing our mission of building a thriving, inclusive future for our industry. This transition represents the next step in our evolution, empowering us to scale our mission and enhance our impact.

As we celebrate this milestone year, we remain deeply committed to supporting you—our signatories, partners, and community—in achieving inclusive excellence. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
