Senior Analyst (L8), PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) – Internal Communications

The Senior Analyst for Internal Communications at PBNA is a multi-faceted role with a unique balance of internal storytelling and platform administration responsibilities. The individual in this role should be a strong writer, and will support the execution of communications plans to help engage and inspire PBNA employees with content about our brands, customers, consumers, communities and employees. This position will also be responsible for maintaining core internal communications platforms to keep our tools optimized.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop creative and business written text and content to be shared across internal channels to reach PBNA’s team members and drive awareness and engagement of key business priorities.

  • Regularly review and maintain content housed across collaboration sites, intranet sites and other communications channels.

  • Serve as resident expert on key internal communications technology platforms, leverage data to ensure platform optimization.

  • Support the PBNA Internal Communications team to rollout plans flawlessly and impactfully.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years communications experience in house or at an agency preferred.

  • Hands-on experience developing communications written content.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms (i.e. Yammer, Teams), and experience learning and using new CMS and web-based tools.

  • Proven writing skill and ability to write with choiceful words, adaptable voice and precision. Mastery of punctuation, grammar and AP style is a must.
