Clyde Group Seeks Associate
POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an associate to join our growing firm—a communications rising star who can support client teams by executing internal and external communications tactics, always with a focus on results and client service.
Our associates play a supporting role on 2-3 client accounts, helping to execute tactics, conduct research, place media stories, track client successes, use our range of monitoring tools to become a client and industry expert, and participate in the business development process. In this role, you will be given accelerated career opportunities, and be expected to participate in client relationships, deliver top-tier and trade media wins, write high-profile content, and become an integral part of your client teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
0-1 years of communications experience (this is an entry-level position); preference will be given to candidates with communications agency internships or relevant work experience
Experience, interest, and/or background in healthcare communications a plus
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills with clients and team members at all levels
A healthy appetite for news and information, especially related to industry trends
The desire to work with a cross-functional, integrated team to deliver award-winning work
A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and respect for a culturally diverse team
A commitment to uphold and defend the highest levels of ethical conduct
A desire to work in a fun, fluid, and fast-paced environment
An interest in and ability to participate in business development activities
