Project Manager
In this full-time role, you will lead and manage employee communications campaigns for
Integral, collaborating closely with our clients, leadership, colleagues, and vendors to enhance
business operations and drive employee engagement.
Preferred: Someone in the NYC area.
The Work:
As a Project Manager focused on campaigns and programs within our employee
communications practice, you will work with peers from Strategy, Digital Workplace, Insights and
Creative and Client Experience:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Skills, Experience + Knowledge:
●Experience: Six-to-eight years in project management, particularly in leading employee
communications campaigns within a creative agency or large brand.
● Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop innovative strategies for complex
communication challenges.
● Creative Insight: Experience managing creative processes, with design and branding
certifications being a plus.
● Consulting Expertise: Strong background in consulting practices and quality control,
with knowledge of equity-centered design thinking and Agile methodologies.
● Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital communications and marketing, including
website publishing, mobile content creation, and social media insights.
● Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to
optimizing processes and exploring new methods.
● Self-Awareness and Communication: High level of self-awareness, with clear
communication skills regarding ideas, limitations, and support needs.
● Conflict Management: Competence in managing conflicts, understanding roadblocks,
and collaboratively resolving tensions.
● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in fields such as Design,
Communications, Psychology, Media, Sociology, Anthropology, or related disciplines.

●Lead Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead strategic discovery processes to deeply
understand clients' employee demographics, brand identity, and business objectives.
● Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of employee
communications campaigns, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within
scope.
● Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder communications and expectations,
ensuring alignment with program and campaign goals and strategic objectives.
● Team Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with Integral team members across
multiple work streams, maintaining high standards and timely delivery of campaign
outputs.

Internal Growth and Development:
●Frameworks and Processes: Contribute to the evolution and expansion of Integrals
proprietary processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness in
campaign management.
● Cultural Advocacy: Represent Integral’s brand values both internally and publicly,
sharing insights and successes to attract new business opportunities and talent.
● Marketing and Branding: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing
initiatives to expand Integral’s social media presence and overall market footprint.
Client Engagement:
● Needs Assessment: Identify client needs through active listening and propose tailored
communication solutions.
● Proposal Development: Manage the creation of project proposals, timelines, and
scopes of work, ensuring they meet client requirements and organizational standards.
● Pitch Support: Assist in the preparation and delivery of business proposals, case
studies, and pitches for potential clients, advocating for Integral’s expertise in employee
engagement and communication.

The compensation for this role is between $60,000 - $75,000 annually paired with a 10% bonus
opportunity based on both your performance and the company’s business results.
