The Position 

We are seeking a Senior Vice President for our Integrated Marketing team. The ideal applicant is skilled at bringing together multiple and multi-disciplinary campaign elements to create compelling programming for our exciting clients. The function requires 12+ years’ of experience in-house or at an agency with a proven track record of success.

The SVP will be a leading voice in championing innovative and results-oriented marketing solutions that are tailored by channels, burnishing the agency’s reputation as a creative marketing partner. They will play a pivotal role in account planning when a client seeks work involving multiple agency stakeholders.

This person will have the proven ability to take a project from messaging to positioning to programming with a holistic view of all the pieces that can be added to the mix - branding/identity, messaging, channel planning, sales materials, internal communications, paid media, website and social, etc. This is a fundamental position with a focus on integration, strategy, creativity, and revenue generation. This person will be embedded on our largest integrated accounts, contribute to other accounts as needed, and drive programming and represent our integrated vision to both existing and prospective clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Deep believer in the philosophy of integrated solutions driving activity among a client’s most valuable customers and communities

  • Work with account teams to understand client needs and determine effective and profitable campaign solutions

  • Senior counsel lead on integrated client engagements, translating a strategic vision into a coordinated and actionable online/offline marketing program; remain active on the business

  • A consistent contributor in pitches and a primary collaborator across agency disciplines (PR, brand strategy, social/digital, content, creative, research and measurement)

  • A voracious appetite to scour emerging platforms, and a defined POV across the myriad of established channels: from digital to social, influencer to traditional

  • Constantly monitoring the impact of each channel against client KPIs

  • Accountable to financials of projects from scopes to budget tracking, monthly utilization of resources and revenue and closing

  • Consistently looking for opportunities to grow business organically through the upselling of additional agency services

  • Evangelize Allison and Marketing Innovation Team’s value propositions internally and externally via proactive networking

  • Contribute to agency thought leadership on content and integrated communications

  • A mentor to entire account management team of all levels

What You’ll Need

  • A client-facing marketer with vice president level of experience; and one who has delved deeply into the digital MarCom world with great success

  • Passion for advertising, marketing, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, public relations/communications or other related discipline

  • Prior senior-level management experience with direct reports necessary

  • Must be able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment

  • Heavy experience and solid understanding of best practices in social, paid media, influencer marketing and content campaigns; emphasis in a single specialty area is okay

  • Knows how to find consumer insights from both quant and qualitative sources leading to breakthrough campaign ideas

  • Experience in campaigns that drive results across the entire customer journey

  • Enthusiastic, thorough and hardworking, can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit that will do whatever it takes to deliver

  • Strong understanding of accounting and business practices as they pertain to forecasting, revenue planning and resourcing

  • Consummate professional, well-organized and great attention to detail

  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, quick study

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $155k-$215k.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
