Mentoring To Accelerate Progress and Success (M.A.P.S.) Program
Mentoring to Accelerate Progress and Success (M.A.P.S.) program—a one-year mentorship initiative designed to recruit, retain, and increase the representation of inclusive talent in the communications industry. This program is a strategic collaboration between the Page Society and the Diversity Action Alliance (DAA), aimed at cultivating leadership, fostering career growth, and driving long-term success in public relations and corporate communications.
The program is free for mentees at any stage of their communications career journey and guarantees a mentor from the esteemed Page and Page Up Membership. M.A.P.S. runs May 2025-April 2026.
Program Structure
Mentors: Page & Page Up Members
Senior-level communications professionals with deep industry expertise.
Provide one-on-one mentorship, career guidance, and industry insights.
Participate in structured mentorship programming, networking events, and professional development activities.
Mentees: DAA CommUnity Members & Network
PR and corporate communications professionals at all levels seeking mentorship.
